SO GREAT!
The colors are gorgeous, the design is fun, and this is the perfect cover to give your bedroom a sophisticated feel with a splash of youthful color. One wash makes it super comfortable :)

I loved it until I washed it
This set helped keep my room from being too pink. Sadly, when I washed the cover, the pink side bled through and some of the black bled too. If you are a careful laundress, buy this set and love it, otherwise, be careful!
Pretty in pink!
I am a strong proponent of the duvet/cover system over the all-in-one hogwash that is the common comforter. Unfortunately, they're tricky to find and often tricky to match with sheets. I wanted to add some color and flair to my bed, but a lot of the brighter and/or more playful duvet covers I came up with didn't have matching sheet sets. I like this Perry Ellis piece because the top half is interesting yet sophisticated, and more importantly, in plain black and white. It goes really well with any decent solid black sheet set. Then you have the pink underside for a bit of pop, boom, bedding project complete. The white upper bit is a little on the thin side, and will show color through if you try to stuff it with a colored comforter. Or, if, like me you are temporarily just using it as a thick sheet because the duvet you ordered from Amazon was returned as undeliverable. Curses! On that note, a good duvet/cover trick is to rock it empty in the warmer months, and I will say that this...

Deceiving, but cute.
This cover isn't even close the to color you see in the picture here. It's much lighter, almost like an aqua or robin's egg blue, definitely a little green in it. The leaves that look black in the pics are actually a muted grey. However, I absolutely love the colors and the design, even more than the pic. Just too bad they couldn't have captured the actual look of the product better so buyers are aware.

Good but a little disappointed
In the picture the colors look a little more vibrant. The white looks real white. Well, the reality of it is that it's thin. The colors are a little muted than what is shown. If your comforter is not white you will be able to see whatever color or design is on it. On the other hand...the price is right and it makes my room look pretty fabulous. So I guess you get what you pay for. I was on a tight budget so this works great for me! I would recommend it to anyone. Just know it doesn't look EXACTLY like the photo.
Love it!
Upon reading all the reviews for this product I almost didn't purchase it. I am glad I went with my gut! The colors may be a tad off but nothing I would have noticed if I wasn't looking for it (everyone said it was soooo different) The fabric, compared to my two other more expensive covers is really soft and nice. Yes its thin, but its supposed to be its a cover for a big heavy down comforter. I use the pillow cases on my main sleeping pillows not just for decor because I like the feel of the fabric.
So if you like it go for it, and don't listen to all the bad reviews. Maybe the product got changed? Also, I want to note I have washed it twice with no problems!

Not bad for the price, but not great
Considering that most blankets now don't seem to come with the fitted sheet, flat sheet, pillow cases and shams, this isn't a bad deal. I bought the king, and unlike most kings, it actually hung down over the entire mattress on both sides and at the foot of the bed. The comforter does have that crisp touch to it, if you like that. Not a high thread count blanket, but not a cheapo one either. Satisfied for the price.

Beautiful, feminine, qiality product
Love this set. Just redeocrated 2-year-old-daughter's room with this comforter set and, after about a month of window shopping, found this product to be the most beautiful, cost efficient option. I was pleased with the quality of the bedspread and how comfortable it was to use. The reversible comforter adds value for those who are addicted to "changing it up" on a regular basis. The sheet seem to be durable and they add a great contrast to the print of the bedspread. When put all together on the bed the Perry Ellis Floral print bed in a bag made a wonderful new look. Can't wait to buy some of the accessories, like the accsent pillow. The black floral print on white is lovely and classic. The raspberry with light pink design flip-side to the comforter is a beautiful color - not quite a true pink -even better. Great quality and value. This is not for you if you like flimsy sheets or comforters. These are stiff and crisp and I love that.

Looks different in person than in the photo.
I was very disappointed when this package arrived. I really liked the vibrant greens and blue against the smooth brown and thought it would go perfect with my bedroom setup. Unfortunately, the colors are much more dull in reality. It literally looks like it's been washed 100 times. I photographed it myself, and the picture came out looking just as good as the one online so it must be a very photogenic duvet set :) I still really like the pattern. Just wish the colors were true to the photo.
Besides the color fail, it was really rough. I slept with it one night and had to switch blankets in the middle of the night before I could actually sleep well. My mom really liked it so I gave it to her. But she tends to like anything that she doesn't have to pay for.
All in all, I should have listened to the reviews that said the same thing before I purchased this. I'll never buy bedding online again.

Duvet cover
Very cute pattern and colors, matches our setup perfectly. My only disappointment was it seem the brown background faded a bit after the initial washing. It became a bit muted and did not see as sharp and vibrant as when I took it out of the package.
disapointed
The color was horrible. Looks as if it is 10yrs old and has been washed over and over. It took me weeks of looking online at duvets to find 'just the right one'. What a mistake. I will no longer be buying linens online.

Pretty, poorly sized.
I bought two of the full/queen sets for a beach house. The pattern is pretty but the material feels a bit coarse, like low thread count sheets do. For the price it is disappointing that there is no skirt and only two shams but I knew that making the purchase. The problem I had is that the size for the full/queen is VERY large. On a full bed the comforter more than hit the floor so I could not use them on the intended beds. I needed a queen set so I put one of the sets on it. We have regular not super thick mattresses. On this bed the comforter was still fairly long, hanging down on the sides much more than at the foot of the bed. I would definitely not buy this set for a full or double bed, it is cut way too long.

If the fit had been better, I would have been satisfied with the purchase but would not buy this line again. The colors and pattern were very pretty but the overall feel is cheap.

Looks good feels not-so-good
I read several negative reviews but liked the look of this comforter so much I decided to go against my better judgements. I wish I hadn't. While the set looks line, the material is cheap and scratchy. Also this is not machine washable. I tried to wash it in my machine and it is now discolored and terribly lumpy. I do not like this and would NEVER recommend this for anyone else.
color not representative
I bought this from another vendor and the color is really different. It is like a green teal gray, and not really blue.

Pretty, modern print -- not the more luxurious fabric
I love the print of this duvet cover -- flowers, but not too feminine. Fits a "zen" bedroom theme nicely. The back of this duvet is nice, too: rows of small black flowers, making a graphic print.

The fabric's kinda scratchy, though. I was hoping that maybe the discounted price reflected a real bargain but unfortunately you get what you pay for, here. Can't imagine there's much in the way of thread count in this set, and also I'm a little wary of washing it cause I'm pretty sure it's gonna wrinkle up a storm.

Could be worse, though -- the fabric is NOT thin, and the prints are crisp & attractive. I can live with the less-than-luxe material. Just don't expect to be wrapped in comfort.

Great duvet--modern and crisp
The duvet set is very nice. I agree the material is thin so get a white comforter. The colors and style are clean and modern and the green is NOT lime--it's more of a light olive. Wish this set came with more pillow cover options, but oh well.
Perry Ellis Duvet Set
I love the way this set looks....the colors are crisp and very beautiful. The green color is pretty close to what is pictured...its kind of a muted neon green, if thats possible. I managed to find sheets to match it though!! I love the print on the back side as well and even better, the set washes beautifully without colors bleeding!! My only complaint - and the reason I didn't give it 4 stars - is it could be softer. If you are not used to high thread count sheets, this would be perfect, however it seems very scratchy to me! Hopefully over time and washings, it will soften up a bit.
